There is a 12 month guarantee on the LP CUBE system from date of delivery. If a component of the system breaks down within this period of time, please send the device back to us. Then the device will be repaired at our expense in our work in Freiburg, Germany, and afterwards sent back to you.

Putting the device into operation again can usually be done on-site, as the system is delivered precalibrated, and also the referencing can be done quickly by the Z-EASY function.

In case of extremely high mounting heights (>5m), extraordinary requirements to accuracy, or similar cases we would recommend you to consult the local service for setup of the system.
