When cutting pattern parts out of a leather skin using an auto cutter, automatic nesting cannot be used as leather as a natural product can have natural defects. The patterns are projected using several laser projectors prior to cutting and - if one pattern should include a defect - it is shiftet into a defect-free zone. The resulting new coordinates are transmitted to the cutter.

A series of line laser modules or a dedicated line pattern generated by an LED light and a micro blind (so called "double H") ease and speed-up the placement of fabric parts when sewing pocket welts.

A cross laser helps the exact placement of T-Shirts prior to printing. The cross laser is mounted on the fixed center part of the caroussel. By turning the caroussel the T-shirts can be exactly placed one after the other.
