Tyre lay-up machine
In tyre manufacturing laser lines help the exact positioning of the individual rubber layers on the drum.
Using an SPC controlled adjustment drive the laser lines can be automatically shifted to the required positions. Typically a green laser line marks the centre and two red lines are used to show the equidistant lines on the left and the right.
For exact alignment of the laser lines the precision brackets Mxyz or H6-20/H8-20 are recommended (see accessories)
