Pre-fabricated concrete parts - Wall and ceiling elements
In the production of pre-fabricated concrete walls and ceilings typically double or multiple laser projection systems are used due to the required size of projection. The systems are integrated via a highly specialised software in the computer controlled work flows of the circulation plant. Manual operator intervention is any time possible. The systems are typically remote-controlled.
Advantages: Reduction of setup time, fast and accurate projection of block outs and and mould elements.
