 | | Leather Nesting
When cutting pattern parts out of a leather skin using an auto cutter, automatic nesting cannot be used as leather as a natural product can have natural defects. The patterns are projected using several laser projectors prior to cutting and - if one pattern should include a defect - it is shiftet into a defect-free zone. The resulting new coordinates are transmitted to the cutter. |

 | | Spreading table
Cross or line lasers make it easy to place several layers of fabrics exactly on top of each other so that all of them have the same pattern when cutting them to size. |

 | | Pocket welt machine
A series of line laser modules or a dedicated line pattern generated by an LED light and a micro blind (so called "double H") ease and speed-up the placement of fabric parts when sewing pocket welts. |

 | | Embroidery machine
Everywhere where no tentering frames are used, i.e. when pieces of clothing have to be placed for the later embroidery in an exact position in a frame, or - with smaller parts - fixed with spray glue, lasers facilitate the laying process enormously. |

 | | Printing Caroussel
A cross laser helps the exact placement of T-Shirts prior to printing. The cross laser is mounted on the fixed center part of the caroussel. By turning the caroussel the T-shirts can be exactly placed one after the other. |
