Only the customer decides what real quality is. We will provide support for our customer with our knowledge and know-how to ensure customised solutions. To us, customising a solution means to clearly identify the requirements profile and put into practice an effective solution. Quality also stands for a timely delivery of the products as well as a quick respond to any queries. Quality is when the customer comes back - not the laser!
Everyone is responsible for the quality
Quality starts at our meetings with customers. Our business actions are determined by the customer's wishes, requirements and expectations. We constantly revise our operations. Any misconceptions must be avoided and our products and service should correspond with the quality that our customers expect. All our employees are responsible for maintaining the quality of their areas of expertise. Quality cannot be inspected for, but only guaranteed by thorough production.
We generate methodically quality in all departments - from development and production right the way through to sales. The choice and the interpretation of the components for our products serve for a faultless function.
We identify with what we do
The quality of a product is not determined by technical resources alone. A person's attitude determines the product quality. Quality originates in the mind. We encourage our colleagues to think quality-orientated and lead by example what we expect from others.
