Laser projectors can be used for a 1:1 projection of the stringer on gluing tables and therefore for selection of size wise fitting material. Vaccum pods and the processed parts can be projected and properly set to avoid damage of the pods.The required data for projection are either directly taken from CAD files or read-out for most of the existing controller types directly from the CNC machine.Rip saws can be also used for pre-cut of stair steps. By use of a specific stair-step-optimser program the laser projector shows step-by-step the particular cutting edge.

| Trusses
The 2D laser projector generates from truss-construction files a laser image in original size which is projected on the work space. The position of the presses, the planks and the nail plate positions on the wood can by shown with high accuracy. |

| Wooden framework construction
The 2D laser projector generates from the wall-element construction files a laser image in the original size which can be indicated on the work space. By fading the individual mounting steps in and out from the different layers of the construction drawing the technicians always know where everything is located and do not forget cut-out for windows or installations. When the press boards have to be set the laser can show the base frame and by this the nailing positions. |

| Laminated beam manufacturing
The laser projections show the form of the laminated beam to be build. This allows exact setting of the clamp stakes in the gluing bed and it can be checked whether sufficient slat material has been placed. For machining after fabrication the laminated beam is placed on a CNC machining centre. The contour of the beam is projected by a laser projector which is aligned to the zero position of the CNC and shifted until it matches with the current beam position. The actual coordinates are transfered to the CNC for further machining.. |
