Returns and complaints - the RMA process

RMA stands for Return Material Authorization. The RMA number is a unique identification to speed up the whole handling process.
Please use for any return from now only the new RMA form (pdf file to editable) and the corresponding return note, which is available as download below.

Please proceed as follows:

  1. Please send the RMA form filled in and signed by e-mail in advance to:rma@z-laser.de
    Our staff of the Repair Center will check and appropriately control your request. Within 1-2 working days, you are informed about the status with an appropriate return authorization number, whether your return is accepted and you are authorized to send back the goods.
  2. After this release, please enclose a copy of the completed and signed RMA to your return.
  3. Please attach the RMA return note clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Please also note that we can process only fully completed and signed RMA requests! Only this way, we can ensure a fast processing of your return.
We are convinced that these innovations will significantly accelerate the processing of repair and reclamation process and guarantee you a faster response to your request.
Please keep in mind that the cost of returning the goods are at your expense. In case of guarantee, the goods will be returned as free delivery.
